I tried to contact customer service to make them aware that the quality of the material, sizing and overall appearance of the item was unacceptable. Once I realized the item came from China, I realized there was a reason for the inability to contact them. I believe they shouldn't be allowed to operate online and an investigation should be done on their selling and return practices. We have allowed too many organizations to defraud the American public. I'll just have to eat the $100.00. A lesson expensively learned.
