Terrible customer service, unable to get an invoice, order still hasn't arrived after over 7 weeks, impossible to get a refund, overall incredibly poor experience. There is no email or phone number for the customer service — instead you have to log into your account and keep refreshing daily to check for an answer there. To top it up they will spam you. Since I purchased something I have been receiving nearly daily promotional newsletters from them — with no option to unsubscribe. So I've had to mark them as spam (needless to say, I never signed up to those mailings in the first place).
