Seems like I had the same experience many here are in dealing with their inept csr and warranty nonsense. I had a mouse with a 3 year warranty that was still valid when it started to fail recently. I had already tried troubleshooting it, so called them and emailed my receipt, provided the PID and serial number, and was made to troubleshoot it again on the phone. After that I kept getting emails saying they could not go forward until I provided them with the same info I had I already provided on the phone and in emails. Frustrated with this nonsense I called again and a rep said she saw they had all the info I gave, and would send a replacement. Two weeks later, and still no replacement, I receive another email saying since they hadn't heard from me they were closing the ticket, and I should try to unplug and re-pair my device. Are you kidding me? I replied to that email saying everything I just said above and that at that point the mouse had completely died I had to buy a new one. On top of that the keyboard I purchased constantly loses keys that I have to replace. They never replied to that. Useless warranty and terrible inept customer service. I am done with Logitech products.
