I have been waiting for a refund on an item I returned 6 WEEKS AGO! Customer service replied to me that they were looking into my issue about an item that had been delivered to the wrong address. I responded that that was not my issue, that was a different customer that they must be trying to help. They apologized and said they sent me a gift card in the mail. If it was ever issued I never received. I have emailed them constantly asking for a refund for the item I returned (I got it, tried it on and put it back in the box and sent it back the next morning). It should not take THIS long to resolve an issue. As someone who used to frequent their stores and made the mistake of purchasing online I can say I WILL NEVER SHOP IN STORE OR ONLINE EVER AGAIN. Their organization and customer service is ATROCIOUS.
