We experienced dropped calls consistently. Recently the phone stopped working and the message displayed was "Check Tel. Line". (3) days of chatting on line with Magic Jack Support was a complete waste of time. Each time they gave us the same things to try to fix the problem, even though I told them to refer to the claim number I had given them to review their file. One evening while working on the "fix" the Tech told me to shut down my computer and re-boot to try to get their software to fix the Magic Jack. I said, "won't this disconnect our chat?" He said, "yes, you can just chat us back." The reboot did not work and imagine this, they were closed for the evening when I tried to "chat back" hmmmmm. Customer Service? I think not.
