I purchased and paid for a Master distributor of Prepaid phone cards. I receive a fraction of what I paid for and no support. I think they know what the threshold for fraud is and just barley exceed it. By taking repeatedly taking advantage of the threshold of fraud they have made a business out not delivering what they promise and they are getting away with it over and over again.
