Even after I was suckered into paying for their "service" the first time. And subsequently canceling my account, they rebilled me! Some notes. 1) their "help" page does NOT work. Like, I do know they know how awful the site is and just do not want to deal with it. 2) If you submit a problem (web page etc), their system does NOT take it. Emails you saying please call back M-F 8AM-5PM CT… This web site needs to be removed from society. The owners jailed.
