I'm writing my first review based on dealings with Alexander, Employee ID at Match.com. He was polite but extremely unhelpful and sounded almost like a robot. Additionally he allowed his staff to be rude and did not even apologize when I mentioned how rudely his staff had treated me when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Match.com STOLE money from me and Alexander did nothing to fix the situation. He acted like a puppet instead of a supervisor. I'm not sure of the qualifications needed to work at this company but they should be raised.
