auto renewed my subscription fee. They gave no notice that this was their policy. They gave no communication that they would do this. As soon as I realized that the account auto-renewed, on a Saturday, I called them Monday morning to cancel and request a refund. I would even have been fine with a pro rated refund. I was "greeted" with 2 offshore customer service reps who spouted party line about "We don't refund. Too bad" and who expressed zero empathy for the situation. Match is a dishonest and deceptive company. It is wrong to not directly communicate that you will auto renew an account, and to compound it with arrogant and rude customer service is over the top. Use another online service.
