McAfee Total Protection auto-renewed my product without my knowledge. Additionally, McAfee Total Protection slowed my computer to a freeze when active and firewall settings allowed no internet connectivity even after Technical Support troubleshot my computer. Following troubleshooting, McAfee attempted to charge a fee for further technical assistance. This product does not provide a meaningful use of security settings to allow computers to run while connected to the internet. I would highly advise against purchasing McAfee products in the future and still have to fight to cancel my subscription.
