No Stars, but forced me to give 1 star. Got a virus that McAfee did not catch. Happens, as security software is always playing catch up. Issue is being passed to 4 different individuals, on hold for 25 minutes, speaking with someone that could not speak English well, closed service ticket before complete verification issue was fixed. Still have issues they did not resolve. Will not attempt to work with them to resolve issues as will not subject myself to the passing around tech support. Another 25 plus minutes on hold to still not have my issues resolved. Oh, I forgot, 2 technicians said it was not a virus, but the Technical Master Agent said it was.
