I was at your Queens Mall location today and bought a Big Mac burger. The food itself was fine but the manager Fariya was extremely rude to both the customers and her employees. Had it not been for my wonderful server, Amena, I would have complained on Yelp. Since Amena was very kind, I decided to let Fariya's actions not taint the entire McDonalds brand and now am instead submitting a formal complaint. Please get back to me immediately. Thank you.
