I went thru the McDonald's drive thru at 51st Memorial at about 11:30 pm on 11/12/15. We ordered 2 egg cheese mcmuffins, 2 hashbrowns and a Dr Pepper. When we got our food I gave a bite to my daughter first so I didn't look at the sandwich I then realized that they had given us 2 sausage and cheese mcmuffins. We then went back thru the drive thru and treated us terribly. They first asked us if we had eaten any My fiancÃ? When we got our food I gave a bite to my daughter first so I didn't look at how much was eaten. The girl then got a manager I believe, and she proceeded to say we have to pay for the difference of what had been eaten out of the wrong ones they gave us. We then proceeded to leave but we turned back to get our money which the said they would do. However, once we got back and talked to them again at the window and said to give us our money back and also try to get their names so we could have that info for this complaint. They then refused to now give us our money back so naturally my fiancÃ? Â© got upset UT was still respectful. So the lady at the window said she was going to call the cops whe we were not in the wrong or did one thing to be disrespectful. We were so shocked since the lady slammed the door in our face that my fiancÃ? Â© knocked on the door to get their attention. But we were ignored. I decided to go back one last time to ask for our receipt since they of course took that and to get their names. As I was waiting in the line once again I all of a sudden here the lady working the drive thru ask the vehicle ahead of me if I had hit her so i got out of my car bc the lady who was in front of me had no idea what she was talking about so I got out to look and talk to her. She said she knew that I did not hit her and not to mention there wasn't a scratch or anything.
With that being said, So please let us know what we need to do because we feel completely disrespected and the way the staff treated us in unacceptable. We have never been treated that way by any place and especially that this happened with you guys is extremely upsetting. We tried to make it right a few times but after being so disrespected we feel that we are owed something since they were in the wrong to begin with, treated us like they did, and refused to give us our food and money back.
