Purchased Poulan blower/vac on 11/11/15 from Menards Evendale. Unit runs till it gets hot then shuts down, tried to return it to store, but store refused to accept it back. Their suggestion was to take it to the service center down the road for service. "Why should I have to take a new unit in for service"? After all it was only six days old. Spoke with general store manager who was very rude & unprofessional with no results. "i will never shop menards again".
