I had an appointment to have tires installed. I stood in front of the counter in front of the service writers and waited 20 minutes before I was truly acknowledged. With an appointment, I still waited almost three hours. When I got home the tire pressure monitor came on and there was as much as 12lbs of pressure difference in the tires. One had 49lbs, one had 37 and so on. There's a lot more to this story, even a second trip to the store but all you need to know is never do business with these people.
