I just came out from the following Metropcs authorized Dealer where I went to reopen my account that I closed couple of months ago. Mr. David Cordoba (not sure if the manager) was very rude and disrespectful. He said "not going to sell you the phone, as simple as that". I thought that the customer here was the most important and this person did not bother in ask what else they could do to get my account back open, his point was the cellphone sell, nothing else.
Very bad experience, worst actually in any phone store I've been.
