Went in for a sinus infection I've had for 2 weeks, but was diagnosed with only a 'cough' and prescribed a cough suppressant pill. After my 15 min visit Kimberly Jackson charged me $129, and did not treat or document my 2 week sinus infection. When asked why, she said because I didn't have enough discomfort when she checked my sinuses. When asked why I was charged a 99214 (25 min or more complex visit, she said the computer decides the code and she can't change it. So now still sick and overcharged..will not go back.
