I am facing hard to replace or even repaired my MOTO E2 mobile which was purchsed from FlipKart. After completely drain the battery, decive locked and not recharge the batter unless you visit to service centre and they open device, dry or do some trick and then start recharge. Again if battery drain then you have to visit to service center. It is facotry fault for all devices may we are not completly wait till the battery down and so not caught this issue. Those who are using MOTO mobile can recheck this and if same error then claim on Motorola for factory quality faluty device.
