Hi i was contacted by a sales person fro MTN advising that i qualify for a Contract phone and i did a pre approval with her, she then advised that the pre approval is not final i will have to call them back to take up the offer : HOTSPOTTERMP-18589482-1, TECHTRACE MP-18589482-2, PHOB MP-18589482-4 and SOSSQUAD MP-18589482-3, i then agrred . a month later i receive SMS's showing debit orders went off for that particular pre-approval am ounting to R342.00, the debit orders returned unpaid, i was charged a reversal fee of R115.00 for each debit order, now my account is overdrawn with -R802.00 .
i want that money reversed and the charges .
i did not accept anything, who gave you the authority to debit my account? that is Fraud!!!
