I was never called regarding delivery. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told the delivery was that day between 9-12. I called at 11 and rushed home from work to find that that the delivery truck followed me up the driveway. Not cool. For installation, I set an appointment for a Monday, stayed home all day from work and they never came. After calling, it was quickly rescheduled but again was inconvenient.
