Napa driver nearly caused multiple accidents driving in an occupied parking lane to pass on the right on a residential street. Since there was a big bumper sticker saying that safe driving is important, I called it in with the license plate number MN 330 CUE. Apparently the Napa fleet system doesn't record license plates. When I expressed my frustration, amazement, and yes, irritation, they hung up on me.
