While refinancing we were told it would be a fairly easy and quick process. Using Nationstar was not easy nor quick. Every couple of weeks, they required more information and or more documents to fill out. It has been over 6 months and still have not finalized. The wife and I have decided to go with a professional and organized mortgage company.
