The employee at Navient talked to me in a belittling way. If I wasn't able to pay my loans due to certain reasons there is no reason to talk to someone like they are a child. This employee seem to be upset with me about MY payments on MY student loan, that I owe, like the money was coming out of his pay. After a certain amount of time he then decided to go and get his manager, which he should have done in the beginning. This employee could really benefit from some training on dealing with customers. Just because you call people for payment on loans doesn't mean you can just talk to them any kind of way, Mr. Nick. How do you expect someone to respond to you or even want your help when they are spoken to in such a manner? Also, it doesn't matter how you feel or what you think as an employee. There are policies in place when it comes to dealing with customers.
