Been a paying Netflix member for many years. Seems like about a year ago they stopped sending movies on Saturdays. As of about 1 month ago, it takes Netflix 3-4 days for movies to arrive and, 3-4 days to get back to the outlet. This is a far cry from the service I have been receiving for the many years prior. When did they get the right to renegotiate my terms/contract and get away with going from movies being here next day to 3-4 days for each movie? So I'm still paying the same rate for 1/4 the service. A blatant rip off!
