Although my netgear is now working after buying a plug and play r7000 it took 1 and 1/2 hours on the phone with tech support to install only 2 hours after purchase. Not sure how happy I will be with the product but install SUCKS and don't believe in plug and play as instructions don't even get close to all the steps we went through for connection. I do believe my time is valuable as well.
