Can't use Netspend card like other Visa card companies. If you fail to create an account with Netspend Online they will not let you use your card and keep your money. I have purchased over dozens of prepaid card that will allow you to use your card even if you don't provide personal information. Failure to provide personal information with other cards only disqualifies you from getting a personal card.netSPEND WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!
