I work at the Dollar Store and they have NetSpend, so I picked it up and I used it to pay bills and make online purchases. Though, I'm not happy with it because the representatives that I called messed my card up. They tried to be friendly, but they didn't solve my problem. When it was all said and done, they deleted my account and they added it onto my husband. As of this point in time, I'm very dissatisfied with it.
