To make a long story short NetSpend is holding my wages over a 94.00 overdraft, and even though I agreed to pay the overdraft, they keep giving me the run around. We emailed the dept over and over. THAT'S MY MONEY I WORKED HARD FOR!!! I got paid Wednesday, it's now Saturday and still no response. I have been with Netspend since 2009 and never had any problems, but this right here makes me not wanna deal with them again. What happen to showing appreciation to loyal customers?
