I have been very disappointed with New York Times costumer service! As a long time subscriber to the NYT I recently had a delivery issue! The NYT's representatives were so awful I canceled my subscription! I have not heard a word from anyone asking me why I chose to cancel & rwSlly miss the paper! I can only surmise that the NYT dies not care about their customers and I made the right decision! Too bad as I really miss the NYT delivery!
