I bought a new $800 Lenovo laptop from NewEgg. It took 4 long calls to customer service for them to finally get the order correct. When the computer was delivered it was a dud with a power problem and hard drive problem. Spent $200 to get this diagnosed with a computer person. My 80 year old dad threw out the box so now NewEgg will not let us return the 2 week old computer. I will never deal with them again.
