On Oct. 15 went to Sears and bought model 25016 treadmill. It was to be delivered Oct. 21. Finally got it on Oct. 27. Belt jerked a little, but we thought it would smooth out. Oct 30 small pieces of something came out on the belt. Went to Sears. New treadmill delivered Nov. 9. Same issue – jerking belt. Technician troubleshooted via telephone! Needs a new motor. When?"Oh, we get deliveries in twice a day." Suppose to get an email. So far – nothing. Going back to Sears today to get our money back.
