I have called for 3 months to fix the payment to my insurance company, which they collected the money from me but did not pay the full amount to my insurance company. They apologize for the inconvenience but never listen or fix the problem. This is the last straw with OCWEN. Their customer service is so BAD that I am in the process of refinance because I am so tired of talking to apologetic but ineffective people in India who cannot listen or fix anything just say, "I am sorry for the inconvenience." I have spent four hours trying to fix something that should have taken 10 minutes. I cannot wait to say goodbye to OCWEN. If I could give them negative 5 stars that would be a more accurate rating!!!
