Was in financial distress and applied for loan modification. Was denied because they required information that was literally impossible to acquire. Was able to borrow money from another lender to catch up on loan payments so I was able to keep my home. The horror stories about these people are true. Unbelievable that our governmental agencies allow them to operate.
