On July 1st I purchased two tickets from Ticket Galaxy 75 Gerber Road, South Windsor, CT. These were for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Unfortunately my husband fell off a ladder and broke both of his feet. We had to cancel our trip to NYC. The airlines, the hotel and another theatre venue all accepted our doctor's excuse. Ticket Galaxy, however, claimed that I needed insurance to cover the cancellation.insurance should not be a mandate when there is an emergency health reason. This is unfair and illegal. This company should be forced out of business. I plan to take them to court! Stay away from ticket galaxy! They will rip you off!
