During a move, I was billed for my final bill and new bill. I paid both via their website. The following month, I had charges remaining from the previous billing AND a late fee. Upon emailing customer service, I was sent a serious of rude emails not explaining my original question. Not until I was tired of the run around I called, got a very rude customer service rep that disconnected me. I called again and FINALLY reached a helpful rep. He explained in full what had happened with their odd billing, apologized and worked out a payment plan until the refund check they sent would be received. 1 helpful person out of the whole bunch. I hope I never have to ask for help again.
