2 months after purchase this refurbished Dell laptop developed memory problems that rendered it unusable. I ran diagnostics and offered to show photos to Overstock, but it was beyond their 30 day warranty period. I bought it to use for travel, so the problems did not manifest until I actually began using it, while I was traveling. Luckily I had a smart phone to use because this laptop began crashing almost immediately upon use. I now have a $500 paperweight. Do NOT buy refurbished Dell laptops from Overstock.com.
