I bought a 20-dollar video game from them. When I received it it didn't work. I contacted them on email. They said I had to wait 1 to 2 days for a representative to contact me. 4 days and 3 emails later still nothing. They keep saying they are going to contact me. When? I suggest eBay or Amazon. They have great return policies.
