I ordered a book online – as a gift for a friend. There was nothing there to state it wasn't in stock. I checked the order status 2 days later – and found out that it wasn't in stock and they had no idea when it would be. That's frustrating enough. However, I had to chase them up (help centre) and when I did, they fed me so much about not being able to cancel my order and that some other *representative* would contact me in 2 days time!!! I caused a fuss – and the guy online (Leonardo) said he'd then cancelled it. So he basically lied to me that he couldn't in the first place. I then checked my order status later and it HAD NOT been cancelled. I'm still trying to get a refund from these thieves… Never ever use this disgraceful company!!
