I bought a Panasonic 442 inch TV about 5 yrs ago and had it wall-mounted by Circuit City. They did not leave me the base stand. I found the book for the TV and ordered the base (TBLX0036) for $150 which came without the 2 poles and 8 screws required to attach it to the TV. I spoke to your parts rep who advised me the poles and screws required would cost about another $80. He then suggested a universal mount which I have ordered. I then spent 20 minutes trying to find out where and how to return the base to you. The phone run around was very frustrating. I guess my point is why do you sell only the base without the mounting poles and screws? That is ike selling a car without wheels!
