Never again will I go to panera in Wellington, by the Wellington mall. The girl was so rude on her phone forgot about my soup and then laughed it off. My husband & I were in so much shock first she got the order wrong & told us it's not a good day "it's that time of the month " which was none of our business grossssss. The girl name was Julia or Julley. She was rude disgusting and thought forgetting about our soup was "funny " I asked may I speak to the manger and she told me she was busy to call the store later as I called later the same exact girl picked up the phone and hung up when I explain who it was rude!!! I feel very disrespected my husband & I will no longer be going there after going for 4 years everyday time for something new. Customer service is very important.
