Very unhappy with past two attempts to eat at Panera. First time we waited in line only to find they were out of the soup we wanted even though it was still listed on the board. Tonight I thought I would try again. The worker was too busy playing with her coworkers to wait on me and oh yeah no baguettes. Why stay open past 7:00 if there is no food. This used to be a well run store but obviously something has changed. If I go to Burger King they'd have burgers no matter the time. Panera is known for their soup and bread yet apparently none is available after 7:00 and the workers no longer feel like working that late. This was the Frankfort, Il store.
