We went to the Pep Boys in Tulsa on E. Admiral Blvd and encountered the most incompetent individuals of my life. All we wanted was to get new tires to replace our existing ones still under wear out warranty. The man could not figure out how to figure this so insisted something was wrong with our vehicle. After stupidity for two hours we walked out NEVER to return and went to another better tire company and purchased our tires and surprise there was nothing wrong with the car. Pep Boys has no integrity and never honors their warranty. DO NOT GO HERE EVER! It should also be called Lazy Boys because all they do is hang out in the bays smoking instead of working. Unbelievable!
