I have been going to Petsmart for years – Chambers Road and Parker in Aurora, CO – and today when I stood at the checkout and no one was there, I hailed a woman who was busily blathering to an employee. She was the manager and met my request for service with a scowl and a rude recrimination that I just needed to wait until she was ready. I continued to wait while she went on and on. Finally I asked again and she picked up a phone and called for service – she was the MANAGER! She needs to go back to school! Horrible woman who has no idea what customer service means! The employee that came to my assistance was wonderful.
