THe pizza hut in Grand Rapids, Mi on wealthy St has the worst customer service! THey screw up my order 3 weeks ago, I call them they promise to send out a "credit" letter because they BURNT my cookie, which was inedible. Then when I call to place an order, and explain I haven't received the letter, but would like my cooke replaced, they refuse saying that I have to go through the corporate office! DId I have to go through the Corp office for a BURNT cookie? NO! THey do not have the power to replace bad food, without a credit letter. So, I had to go dispute the charges on my credit card because they refused to honor what I already paid for.
