This is the third complaint I have made at this same store for the same complaint! The Krum, TX store has given me credit for so many pizzas because they were not correct. The last three orders I ordered pretzel crust and received pizzas with regular crust. Why give that option if they are not going to complete the order the way I submit it? Since I drive 10 miles to get to this store, I do not want to wait for another order aND I no longer want store credit! I did get the Manager to credit my credit card in between her dealing with the police concerning one of her drivers! Will never visit or order from this store again and will post this same complaint on our community Facebook group. I don't know how this store stay in business with all of the store credits and reimbursements they hand out due to wrong orders.
