I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past 6 months. I suggest you cancel it before I take legal action. You have continued to take $20 a month for 6 months after I signed the paperwork to cancel my membership; that's not including a membership fee. I have been told that I "must not have canceled it correctly" by one of your employees. I am seeking legal council regarding this and have been trying to contact your corporate office which has been impossible.
