Very unhappy with the 2 Manchester nh locations. 50-75% of all carfio machines have something wrong with them. Then when you ask the management when there gonna be fixed they tell you I don't know. It's hard to get anyone in here to fix the equipment cause there's only one crew for New England and planet fitness is to cheap to buy new equipment or hire more people to fix there stuff. That's coming from management. I would love to leave my name and phone number but the last time a made a complaint. Consumer service said u would get a phone call. I never got a phone.instead I had the manager come up to me and tell me please don't call up and complain your making me look bad.
