We use PNC Bank merchandising machine… Their machine is down every other 2 months. They ask you to pay for the shipping fee, it's a leased machine, over on top all other stupid fees. I pay damn monthly lease… And it's your machine which is not working. What kinda customer service is this??? Asking me for shipping fee???
