Worst bank ever. Not customer friendly. Doesn't want your business. If you are not a "client, " your interaction with personnel is just atrocious. They do not go out of their way to please potential customers or accommodate anyone. Tried to cash a check drawn on daughter's PNC account. Would not cash since I was not a "client." Then, when trying to open an account to deposit the check and withdraw some of the funds when funds were transferred from my daughter's PNC account into my potentially new PNC account, they refused to open a new checking account for me stating I was just trying to "clear checks" and/or to "get a cashier's check in order to get the funds, " and I would just then "close the account, " so they would not even open a checking account for me. Don't waste your time. They are a mess.
