We have given the above plan drawe Pooven Ellen a job to draw up plans and submit with all necessary services needed for the building. Once paid Mr Ellen just drew up the plans after numerous calls and that was it. We have made over 200 calls and sent him numerous messages. He once sent us a fake document saying it was submitted. We went to the department and found out nothing was done for our property. We then contacted him from there and he promised he would get things done. Mr Ellen constantly lies and sends us documents with fake dates just to keep us quiet for awhile. For the past 1 year he keeps telling us he is waiting for referrals but does not explain. We do not know what to do. This has been going on since 28/07/2016
